Carla Marie Lankford CEO Co-Owner
Proud native of Arkansas, Carla Marie Lankford has worked alongside with Gregory M. Lankford in construction, remodeling, and real estate industry for years. Carla has over 17 years of real estate experience as a real estate investor. These roles include buying, selling real estate, lessor, accounting, financing, and marketing support functions for GMC Builder Group. Carla is solution driven and problem solves, she actively participates in the strategic planning process of GMC builder Group. Additionally, Carla consults with clients and assist with interior décor, pre planning and most needs as a consultant.
Carla has of 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership overseeing strategic planning, operations, serving patients, managing teams and providing excellent customer service to patients and families in healthcare. With her extensive background in healthcare, Carla has learned to control any situation that arises. She works and interacts from a place of understanding, compassion, and integrity. Her calm-demeanor and welcoming presence has allowed her to connect with others and build strong relationships with clients.
Carla brings a wide range of experience, enthusiasm and exemplary customer service to GMC Builder Group team. Her highest values are to live with integrity and passion in all her endeavors and to contribute positively to the lives of others. She is the devoted wife and life-partner of Gregory M. Lankford, and loving mother to their children. Carla has a passion of serving others, traveling the world learning other cultures and arts. She spends most of her free time on the sideline cheering at her sons’ sporting events, golfing, fishing, gardening and bowling.

Gregory M. Lankford grew up in Dallas where he learned business and carpentry. Gregory has worked close with designers and architects to ensure each home meets the client needs. Gregory M. Lankford carries on his philosophies to this day, focused on customer design, exemplary customer service, and exceptional value. Gregory also carries on his values of a strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty. With over forty years of experience in Luxury Custom Home Building and Remodeling in the Dallas Ft Worth area, Gregory has built a reputation for excellence, integrity, customer satisfaction and long-lasting relationships with his clients. Lankford is a strong supporter of the home and commercial building industry as he continues to grow and foster a well-rounded business culture. Prior to construction, Lankford has years of experience building military aircraft. He is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Carla, and his children. During his free time Gregory enjoys golfing, golfing and golfing.
